3. Enter TAN
4. Conduct a video consultation

Technical requirements:
All you need is a smartphone or laptop / PC, webcam & internet. You do not need to install anything for the video consultation, because the video consultation runs directly in your browser. When you log in for your appointment in the video consultation, the software supports you in setting the camera and microphone.
